Condition:

• light signs of use, with a few bright marks on the chrome—most noticeable on the base plate. new light seal on film door 
• all controls are in perfect working order
• FM2 was produced in 1982 and replaced by the FM2n in 1984. The main differences lie in their shutter mechanisms and flash sync speeds, where FM2 feature a titanium honeycomb shutter and a flash sync speed of 1/200 sec. The 'New' FM2n has a aluminium alloy shutter and a higher flash sync speed of 1/250 sec.
• With only two years in production, the original FM2 is significantly rarer than its successor, the FM2N—a fact that has made it increasingly appealing to Nikon collectors.
