Condition:
- Grading: Exc
- Exterior: Cosmetically very good for its age. It shows light, even wear with no heavy marks or scratches. There is some light pitting on the lens base, as shown in the photograph.
- Glass/Optics: The glass presents with expected, minor signs of its era. The front and rear elements exhibit light surface scuffs. Under a bright light, some fine internal cleaning marks and a faint haze near the edge of a middle element are visible. These characteristics are common and do not significantly impact the lens's signature classic rendering.
- Focus Ring: Operation is smooth and even throughout the entire focusing range, providing a precise and secure feel.
- Aperture Ring: The action is heavier and more deliberate than on modern lenses, as is typical of this vintage. It stops and clicks positively at all marked apertures.
