- Exterior: Shows regular signs of use, with heavy paint wear primarily on the fluted rings. The lens remains very sturdy with no play in any of the sections.
- Glass/Optics: The front and rear optics are in excellent condition. There is no haze or fungus. A trace of fine dust is visible under strong light, but not enough to affect image quality.
- Focus Ring: Smooth and progressive.
- Aperture Ring: Good operation with typical click stops from Leica R lenses
